Trimac Cichlid (Amphilophus trimaculatus) is an intermediate-level freshwater fish that needs at least 100 gallons and 72-82°F. A big, hardy Central American cichlid with a row of dark blotches along the side. Adults grow to a foot or more and defend a large territory, so they need a roomy tank, strong filtration and large, tough tankmates.
