Pagoda Snail (Brotia pagodula) is a beginner-level freshwater invertebrate that needs at least 10 gallons and 68-80°F. A small snail with a tall, ridged spiral shell, kept for its looks and for eating algae and leftovers. It gives birth to a few live young rather than laying egg clusters, so numbers rise slowly. It prefers clean, well-oxygenated, slightly cooler water.
