Cryptocoryne pontederiifolia (Cryptocoryne pontederiifolia) is a beginner-level aquarium plant. A sturdy crypt with long, heart-shaped, bubbly-edged leaves on tall stems. It is tougher than many crypts, doing well in low to medium light in a nutrient-rich substrate, and may drop leaves (melt) after a move before regrowing.
