Dwarf and Specialty Crayfish (Cambarellus and Cherax species) is a intermediate-level freshwater invertebrate that needs at least 10 gallons and 65-78°F. Crayfish are escape artists and will eat small fish and shrimp. Dwarf Mexican crayfish stay smaller and are gentler.
