Keep client tanks, water tests, maintenance reminders, visit reports and invoices in one place, and send clients a link they can open without an account. Everything is saved in this browser on this device. Use Settings → Download backup regularly, and to move to another device.
What this is not: there is no server, so there are no emailed reminders, no online card payments and no sync between devices. Reminders show on the Dashboard when you open it, and invoices are paid by whatever you list (Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, check or cash). Share links hold the report or invoice inside the link itself and are never uploaded.
